The staff were outstandingly accommodating, knowledgeable and helped me with free parking. The location is favorable and magnificent, so close to the main shopping center, the river for a stroll, and various restaurants. The room had an extremely comfy bed, clean bathroom, central heating, multi-channel TV, and a lounge area.

lovely hotel overall, is has good service and handy location on everything anyone staying could ever need. it offers great value for money rooms with 2 tv's and a stand alone shower, as for instance. the staff are very friendly and knowledgeable as well as the owner.

We thoroughly enjoyed spending 1 night at this great central hotel in Mackay. the location was good and incredibly comfortable. You can visit Pioneer River by walking. This property was located in a fairly nice area.

The location was prime, for example, a free-admission water park was relatively close to the hotel. It was also just next door to a shopping center and a beautiful boardwalk along with various restaurants and hotels.

The room had a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a microwave, and a refrigerator, making it very comfortable, and breakfast had a great selection of food.
